Rhoyal Legacy Foundation, Incorporated is a charitable 501(c)3 organization in the State of Arizona whose purpose shall be to:       

    * Promote higher education for women of all ages;

    * Promote technological advancement for at-risk youth;

    * Cultivate community service and development opportunities; 

    * Provide scholarships and grants for post-secondary students;

    * Promote health and safety awareness;

    * Provide financial empowerment workshops for youth and women of all ages;

    * Provide grants to other corporations qualifying as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
